ACTIVEDMR Technologies designs and manufactures unmanned platforms built end-to-end in the United States. Their product line spans agricultural spray drones, NDAA-compliant defense platforms, inspection systems, and mobility solutions. DMR serves the full spectrum from commercial operators to defense contractors, with platforms ranging from close-range inspection to counter-UAS interceptors. Built in Lafayette and deployed across America.

The facility spans 150,000 square feet of industrial space and currently houses Drone Institute, DMR Technologies, and Panta Rhei Productions. Dorset represents the model for how Riot Labs approaches real estate, acquiring and operating physical infrastructure that directly supports the companies it builds.

Lyle learned to manage projects, people, and companies at a young age working in his father's design-build general contracting firm in Louisiana. He carried that foundation into a career of founding and building companies in emerging markets, taking them from early teams to scaled operations. His ventures have spanned fitness, bitcoin infrastructure, and real estate, with outcomes that include a nine-figure acquisition by a company now trading on Nasdaq with a market cap exceeding $10 billion. He founded Riot Labs to keep building.
